At Havanya, we ensure every order is packed with care and dispatched promptly so your ritual essentials reach you in perfect condition.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In case of any delay due to item unavailability or other issues, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp with the updated dispatch date.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–7 working days depending on your location. Delivery to remote or rural pincodes may take up to 10 working days.
Please note all delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Havanya is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. You can use this link to track your order in real time.
If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Courier Partners
We ship via trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and India Post depending on your pincode and availability.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos or a video immediately upon receiving the package

- Include your order number and photos
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
