Havanya — Return & Refund Policy

At Havanya, every product is crafted with care using pure ancient Ayurvedic formulation ingredients. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Return Window

We accept return requests within 48 hours of delivery. Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it and contact us if there is any issue.


Eligible for Return

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged or broken during transit
  • Defective item received

Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been used — diyas, dhoop cones, havan kits, and Sugandham fragrance powder are consumable ritual items and cannot be returned once used
  • Change of mind or fragrance preference
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at havanya.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 8839748764 so we can resolve it promptly.


How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at havanya.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 8839748764 with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Reason for return

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pick-up within 2–4 working days. Reverse pick-up is applicable only for defective or incorrectly delivered products.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right product is to initiate a return for the original item and place a fresh order once the return is accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status via email or WhatsApp. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
